2. Visiting this website (hosting)
The site runs on a server of Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus), located in the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hostinger.
When the site is accessed, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested file, browser identifier) in order to deliver it. No access log with IP addresses or browser identifiers is stored for insertyear.com. Only in the event of technical errors can an entry be created in the server’s error log; the IP address is already shortened when it is written (IPv4 without the last block, IPv6 only the first 48 bits) and deleted after 8 days at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation).
3. No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no analytics, no advertising and no embedded content from other services: images and styles all come from our own server, and the site uses no scripts.
4. Links to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
The buttons to our channels and videos are plain links. Nothing is sent to these platforms until you click one; after that, the privacy policy of the respective platform applies.
5. Our channels on these platforms
We publish our videos on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited), TikTok (TikTok Technology Limited, Ireland), Instagram and Facebook (both Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). The platforms are responsible for what they process when you use them. We only see public comments and aggregated statistics (views, likes, comments, followers) – never who watched a video. For the statistics Meta provides about our Facebook Page (“Page Insights”), Meta and we are joint controllers (Art. 26 GDPR); Meta has taken on primary responsibility, see the Page Insights Controller Addendum.
6. Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The message is deleted once the matter is settled and no retention obligation applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure and restriction of processing (Art. 17, 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR); the authority responsible for the controller is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg. Die Seite wird auf einem Server der Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Zypern) betrieben, Serverstandort in der Europäischen Union. Mit Hostinger besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO.
Beim Abruf verarbeitet der Server technisch nötige Angaben (IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, abgerufene Datei, Browserkennung), um die Seite auszuliefern. Für insertyear.com wird kein Zugriffsprotokoll mit IP-Adressen oder Browserkennungen gespeichert. Nur bei technischen Fehlern kann ein Eintrag im Fehlerprotokoll des Servers entstehen; die IP-Adresse wird dabei schon beim Schreiben gekürzt (IPv4 ohne letzten Block, IPv6 nur die ersten 48 Bit), gelöscht wird nach spätestens 8 Tagen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (sicherer und stabiler Betrieb).
3. Keine Cookies, kein Tracking
Diese Seite setzt keine Cookies und speichert nichts in deinem Browser. Es gibt keine Statistik-Dienste, keine Werbung und keine eingebetteten Inhalte anderer Anbieter: Bilder und Gestaltung kommen von unserem eigenen Server, Skripte verwendet die Seite nicht.
4. Links zu YouTube, TikTok, Instagram und Facebook
Die Knöpfe zu unseren Kanälen und Videos sind einfache Links. An die Plattformen wird erst etwas übertragen, wenn du einen anklickst; danach gilt die Datenschutzerklärung der jeweiligen Plattform.
5. Unsere Kanäle auf diesen Plattformen
Wir veröffentlichen unsere Videos auf YouTube (Google Ireland Limited), TikTok (TikTok Technology Limited, Irland), Instagram und Facebook (beide Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). Für die Verarbeitung bei der Nutzung der Plattformen sind die Plattformen verantwortlich. Wir sehen nur öffentliche Kommentare und zusammengefasste Statistiken (Aufrufe, Likes, Kommentare, Follower) – nie, wer ein Video angesehen hat. Für die Statistiken, die Meta über unsere Facebook-Seite bereitstellt („Seiten-Insights“), sind Meta und wir gemeinsam verantwortlich (Art. 26 DSGVO); Meta hat die primäre Verantwortung übernommen, siehe die Seiten-Insights-Ergänzung.
6. Kontakt per E-Mail
Wenn du uns schreibst, verarbeiten wir deine E-Mail-Adresse und den Inhalt der Nachricht, um zu antworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Nachricht wird gelöscht, wenn sie erledigt ist und keine Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht.
7. Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung und Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 17, 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitungen aufgrund berechtigter Interessen (Art. 21). Du kannst dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren (Art. 77 DSGVO); für den Verantwortlichen zuständig ist der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
